Years of service at FBC:
During 1982 – 1988 I worked in the preschool ministry
In June of 1988 I became Director of the Weekday Ministry.

Gadsden, Alabama

Education:
3 years of college (God opened the door of full time service in the weekday ministry, so I left finishing my college degree to become the weekday director.)

Family:
husband – Rickey Johnson
daughter – Julie Brock, son-in-law Jeff Brock
granddaughter – Kaitlyn Marie
grandson – Hunter William
son – Philip
father – Loyd Estes

Hobbies:
being with my grandchildren! Also camping and swimming.

Life Verse:

Proverbs 22:6 says  "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it."

My life thought is:   "One hundred years from now, it won't matter what car I drove, what kind of house I lived in, how much I had in my bank account, nor what my clothes looked like; but, the world may be a little better because I was important in the life of a child."
